1. Super Easy to Play
The neck is thinner than an ES-335 or ES-339, and that makes a huge difference. It just feels effortless—fast, smooth, and super comfortable. Whether I’m playing chords or lead lines, my hand just moves naturally.
2. Lightweight & Comfortable
I was surprised by how light this guitar is. A lot of hollow or semi-hollow guitars can feel a bit bulky, but this one sits just right.
3. The Sound is Something Else
This is what really got me. It’s brighter than other hollow-body guitars I’ve played, but at the same time, it has this solid, punchy character. Honestly, it reminds me more of a Les Paul than an ES-335, which is unexpected but really cool. It cuts through nicely and has a lot of presence.
4. Looks & Build Quality
The brown finish is gorgeous, and everything about the build feels solid—great hardware, smooth tuning, quality components. You can tell D’Angelico put some real thought into this one.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this guitar just feels right. It plays effortlessly, sounds killer, and looks amazing. No complaints at all—just a really fun guitar to play. 🎸🔥
