The Fender Blackface I was looking for

I was frustrated with my Blues Junior. Not a bad amp, just a bit boxy, too much mids, not the sound I wanted. But I didn't want a 10" speaker from the "standard" Princeton. Also, I was also looking for an amp that took overdrive/distortion/hi-gain well.

And this is it. I've had it for 2 weeks now and it's both the glassy sound I was after AND the pedal platform I was looking. I go effortlessly from a John Mayer type sound to RHCP, Hendrix, Led Zeppelin using standard pedals (DS2, RAT, TS, Klon).

The 12 inch speaker makes a huge difference from my point of view. The bass response is balanced and it suits very well other types of style like Jazz.

I even made a video on youtube if you want to check it out. Title is : Fender FSR British Green 12 inch Princeton Reverb G12-65 Limited Edition (Channel: Vivien) mentioning that the actual is not as green as in the picture. It's clearly misleading. It's a dark green, like a 'navy blue' but in green.

Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell versendet ,gut verpackt und der Artikel ist einwandfrei .Bestenfalls sei anzumerken das der Käufer wenn er den Amp aus dem Karton auspackt er eventuell die vier Schrauben oben am Amp mit der die Bedieneinheit festgemacht ist anziehen muß ich denke die sind wegen des Transports halt nicht angezogen. die an mich gelieferte Ware ist einwandfrei und funktioniert tadellos vielen Dank an Thomann ps. den silverface 68 princetone reverb den ich seit 10 jahren besitze auch bei euch gekauft der funktioniert genauso tadellos ,der hat einen 10er celestion die beiden Amps vertragen ausgezeichnet Tretminen .Allerdings reagieren der 65 er Princetone und der 68er sehr verschieden egal ob ich da eine okko diabollo zerre die ich wirklich verachte weil die genau den alles übertönenden Scheissdistortion macht bei der jeder Amp gleich seifig klingt oder halt nur ein echo pedal was man sehr gut gebrauchen kann verwende .
