Ordered three double bass strings. They were excellent for my use of them on my whamola. All that bending and stretching the strings should have ruined all three a long time ago, but I'm still on my first string, two and a half years later! Now that's quality! Boiling the string in hot water every now and then removes dirt and grime with ease, and makes the string last even longer. I didn't even replace it before my live gigs; I trust the string THAT much. Shipping took longer than expected, but I don't blame Thomann for that as they dispatched my order quickly. Very, very pleased with these strings and will continue to order them, if I manage to actually break the ones I have first!
