Two Notes Torpedo Captor 8 Ohms

Well built machine & nice cab sim (soft, not the hardware one in the Captor with a lack of low frequencies). BUT:
- Strange behaviour of the product with my gear (external tube preamp + VC30 tube amp): clean sound crunches very early (2/10), but we get low volume when we come to distorsion (and very very low when we go to the sound card, with a background noise, even with volume at maximum on the Captor).
- Also, strange behaviour with my external modulation effects (delay & chorus): seems like the Captor has difficulties to manage the sinusoid of the delay (sometimes too present, sometimes not enough between the notes).
Good to practice at room in the night, but not for recording (with my gear, at least). Perhaps better with high quality amps... My gear is not the best one (Rockmaster Peavey 4*12AX7 + VC30 2*12AX7 Laney amp), but it sounds very very good without the Captor (pure rock sound).
