Zildjian 16" S Series Trash Crash

I've used this crash for about half a year and I've been very pleased with the sound of it, and the quality have not been a big issue, though it looks kind of cheap and vulnerable. But today I noticed a crack between two of the holes on it which affected the sound of the crash tremendously.
I am a heavy player and hit my cymbals pretty hard but none of my other Zildjian cymbals have cracked yet even though I've been beating the heck out of them for quite some time.

This is a cheaper cymbal which, of course affect the quality of it, but I was very disappointed about the outcome for this cymbal. I would NOT buy it again, even though its cheap and sound good.

A ver, ya hace unos meses que he comprado este plato y antes de calificarlo lo he probado en todo sentido. Ahora no tengo dudas que debido a su relación calidad /precio le corresponden 5 ESTRELLAS. Nunca había tocado con un plato de estas características, ahora puedo asegurar que es uno de los mejores platos que tengo y he tenido, tal vez el mejor que tengo en mi set casi completo de Zildjian S. Tiene un sonido diferente, es una mezcla entre un crash y un chino, con un sonido extraordinariamente brillante, con un medio agudo muy brillante que no satura y un sustain que no se prolonga tanto. Sinceramente un sonido extraordinario, algo muy diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados a escuchar. El aspecto estético del plato también muy bien logrado, muy muy bonito. De echo, en cuanto pueda adquiriré el mismo plato pero de 18". Así que ya sabes, si quieres un sonido diferente en tu set y a un precio muy accesible, no dudes en coger este Zildjian S.
