Deux fois moins lourdes que les mécaniques standard, au bout d'un manche de basse, ça se sent!
Pour autant la qualité de fabrication n'est pas du tout sacrifiée.
Bon, il faut percer deux petits trous pour les ergots de positionnement, ce n'est pas le bout du monde, et ça simplifie le montage. Plus de petites vis qu'on perd ou qu'on casse, juste l'écrou à serrer, c'est beaucoup mieux.
Et si un jour on veut remettre les mécaniques, les trous seront cachés par la plaque de base, ni vu ni connu.
Ces mécaniques seront très utiles pour les basses qui piquent du nez comme l' EB3 SG ou les 5 cordes.
4 mécaniques pour le poids de 2, faut pas s'en priver.

Really light, great quality albeit it might be slightly inferior to hipshot tuner, I mean just from the filling you have when turning the keys. Otherwise these are excellent tuners, the bass stays in tune all night long. You'll have to drill holes in the back of the head stock, and probably need to make a guide if you want to do it properly. Personally, I 3D printed a guide and drilled them myself, but this is something you might consider twice if you're not familiar with these kind of mods.

I'm editing this review about a year after my purchase, so you guys know. Still good light tuner, stay in tune, etc, but the head of one tuner did split in half while I was tuning the E string :(!? I had to fix it with super glue, yet not super happy with that. Know this is not metal at all, but cheap plastic.
