myVolts Ripcord 12V DC

I used this cables with Elektron Digitakt and Digitone, and it's quite tricky to make it work as it's heavily dependant of a good power source.

I bought them to use the Digis on battery power, but you need a very good battery for them to boot correctly: you need a 3A power source, power supplies and batteries rated for 2.4A won't work.

Even when it successfully booted, sometimes the Digi will freeze after a random time, even though my battery is half full. The Ripcord gets very hot over time, that may be the reason. With a good 3A power supply it works consistently, but kinda defeats its usage.

On the 2 cables I received, one never worked and I had to get a replacement. Not sure how these will last over time...
