tc electronic Ditto + Looper

I own of a Ditto, 2013 model and thought the Ditto Plus would bring significant changes with the possibilities figured out in TC Electronic's commercial / Marketing litterature. Unfortunately, most functionalities put forward by the brand do not work or need time for testing hasardously. This is not a musician's task. I deeply regret TC Electronic fails in satisfying their customers by just ommiting to provide a concise instructions manual. The available Quick Start Guide isn't even exhaustive and does not explain, for example, that combining both left and right buttons can give access to output level setting up. The software upgrade does not work even if strictly following the procedure described in the so called "Release Note". Also couldn't erase loops by means of the pedal, had to proceed via USB connection to my Mac. TC put this material on the market too fast, the fact that the sofware needs an update just a couple of weeks after it was put on the market is an evident sign that the product is not finished. The company now has to make proof of seriousness and thorougness before I acquire new material from TC Electronics. Sorry for Thomann, but I will return the Ditto "Minus". I kindly ask Thomann, and thank them in advance to escalate this problem to the appropriate persons at TC.
